TERMS OF SALES
1. PARTIES AND APPLICATION
These Conditions of Sale govern every purchase of a ticket granting access to a match organised by the Tanzania Football Federation (referred to below as "TFF"), whose registered office is at Karume Memorial Stadium, Uhuru/Shaurimoyo Road P.O. Box 1574, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, whether that purchase is made through the online store at https://tff-tickets.com/ (the "Store") or under a separate written agreement, such as a partnership or hospitality agreement, which will state where it departs from or adds to these Conditions.
Tickets offered through the Store are sold and issued by TFF. The Store is operated using technology and payment infrastructure provided by Wanaut Tanzania Limited (referred to below as “Wanaut”), an authorised technology and service provider to TFF.
Orders placed through the Store may be processed and payments may be collected using Wanaut's technology and/or authorised payment service providers on behalf of TFF. The buyer's payment confirmation or bank statement may accordingly show the name of Wanaut or a payment service provider rather than TFF. This does not change who the buyer is contracting with: the sale and issuance of the ticket are made by TFF, and TFF remains responsible for the ticket, the match, cancellations, postponements and applicable refunds.
In these Conditions, "Buyer" means the person who places the order; "Beneficiary" means the person to whom a ticket is assigned after purchase; and "Holder" means whoever presents a ticket for entry. A Buyer purchasing tickets on behalf of others is responsible for making sure each Beneficiary is aware of, and complies with, these Conditions.
Completing an order is treated as acceptance of these Conditions in full. Entering a stadium is treated, separately, as acceptance of that stadium's ground regulations, which are displayed at the stadium and published on the Store. In the event of a conflict concerning stadium access, safety, security or spectator conduct, the applicable Stadium Ground Regulations and instructions issued by authorised stadium personnel shall prevail.
TFF may update these Conditions from time to time. An order already placed is governed by the version in force when it was placed; an update does not reach back and change the terms of a completed purchase.
No terms proposed by a Buyer, whether in a purchase order, an email or otherwise, form part of the contract unless TFF agrees to them in writing. Where TFF publishes additional terms for a specific category of ticket, competition or partner arrangement, those terms apply alongside, and take precedence over, the general terms set out here to the extent of any conflict.
2. ORDERING AND ISSUE OF TICKETS
2.1 Placing an order
Tickets go on sale on the dates TFF announces on the Store, and TFF may open, close or extend a sale at its discretion.
TFF decides how tickets are allocated across sales channels, and may sell them individually, in bundles, or as a right of priority access for a defined window. Any such arrangement will be described on the Store before it applies.
To keep the sale fair, no Buyer may purchase more than four tickets for a single match. TFF may change either limit at any time.
An order that appears designed to get around these limits, for example by spreading a purchase across several accounts, email addresses or payment methods, may be cancelled by TFF.
Ordering by automated means, including bots or scripts built to mimic manual purchasing, is not permitted. A ticket obtained this way is void: it does not grant entry and will not be refunded.
A ticket bought through any channel other than the Store or a channel TFF has expressly authorised is void, and TFF may cancel it at any time without owing a refund or any other compensation.
TFF may, where places allow, offer tickets at a reduced price to particular groups, such as people with disabilities or parties booking together. Where it does, the conditions attached to that price, including any proof required, will be set out on the Store at the time of sale.
2.2 Payment
Payment for an order is due in full at the time it is placed. A confirmation email follows once payment has cleared.
Tickets may be paid for using Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas, M-Pesa, T-Pesa, HaloPesa or AzamPesa.
2.3 Price
The price shown on the Store is in Tanzanian Shillings, includes all applicable tax, and includes any handling fee that applies to the order. TFF may change its prices at any time; an order already placed is unaffected by a later price change.
The prices displayed on the Store are the prices of the selected tickets and are shown in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). Applicable taxes are added to the ticket price and are clearly displayed to the Buyer before the purchase is completed.
The total amount payable, including the ticket price and applicable taxes, is displayed to the Buyer before payment and must be paid in full to complete the purchase.
TFF may change its ticket prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been placed.
Once tickets are added to the cart, a countdown timer is activated and remains visible throughout the checkout process until payment is completed. The Buyer must complete the payment within the time indicated by the countdown timer.
Where an order includes optional extras, the cost of those extras is not refunded if the ticket to which they relate is later cancelled.
2.4 Assigning and issuing tickets
Tickets are not assigned to a Beneficiary at the time of purchase.
After completing a purchase, the Buyer must go to the "My Orders" section of the Store and assign each ticket to the person who will attend the match.
Once a Beneficiary has been assigned, the ticket is generated in that Beneficiary's name and becomes available in "My Orders", where the Buyer can download the ticket or access the QR code directly.
If the Buyer provides the Beneficiary's email address, the Beneficiary may also receive an email containing their ticket.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the Beneficiary's details are accurate before assigning the ticket. Once a ticket has been assigned to a Beneficiary, the assignment is final and cannot be changed or reversed.
The name entered for the Beneficiary must correspond to the name appearing on their valid government-issued identification document. TFF and/or authorised stadium personnel may verify the identity of the Holder at the stadium entrance. Entry may be refused if the name on the ticket does not match the identification document presented.
If TFF has reason to suspect that an order was placed fraudulently, including through misuse of a payment method, it may cancel the order at any time without notice and without owing a refund.
2.5 Using a ticket
A ticket is valid only for the match and date printed on it, or, where a match is rescheduled, for the rescheduled date under article 11. Outside the circumstances described in articles 2.7 and 12, a ticket is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
To enter the stadium, a Holder must present a valid ticket together with proof of identity in their own name, such as a national identity card or passport. Entry may be refused if either document is missing.
Children under 3 years of age are not permitted to enter the stadium. Every person aged 3 years or older must hold a valid ticket. Once a Holder leaves the stadium, re-entry is not permitted for that match.
2.6 Customer service
Questions or issues relating to an order can be raised through the contact form at https://tff-tickets.com/faq?topic=customerCare
2.7 Cancelling an order
Once an order has been successfully completed and payment has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the Buyer. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where these Conditions expressly provide otherwise, including in the circumstances set out in Article 11.
3. TRANSFER, BENEFICIARY ASSIGNMENT AND RESALE
A Buyer may purchase one or more tickets without assigning a Beneficiary at the time of purchase. The Buyer must assign each ticket to the person who will attend through the "My Orders" section, in accordance with article 2.4.
Once a ticket has been assigned to a Beneficiary, it is generated in that person's name. The ticket may not be sold, resold or offered for sale or resale, whether or not for profit, to another person unless TFF has expressly authorised a transfer or resale through a procedure communicated on the Store.
If TFF makes an official transfer or reassignment procedure available, the ticket may only be transferred in accordance with that procedure and within any applicable deadline.
TFF may cancel a ticket that has been sold, transferred or reassigned in breach of this article, without refund, and the person presenting it may be refused entry. This is without prejudice to any other steps TFF may take against those responsible.
Anyone who buys a ticket outside the Store, or outside a channel TFF has expressly authorised, does so at their own risk and has no claim against TFF if that ticket turns out to be invalid.
4. ACCESS TO AND USE OF A DIGITAL TICKET
Tickets are issued electronically and remain available in the Buyer's "My Orders" section on the Store after they have been assigned to a Beneficiary.
The Buyer is responsible for keeping their account and access credentials secure and for ensuring that the Beneficiary has access to their assigned ticket.
A Buyer or Beneficiary may download the ticket or access the QR code directly through the Store. Where the Beneficiary's email address has been provided, the Beneficiary may also receive the ticket by email.
If the Buyer or Beneficiary is unable to access their account or ticket, they may contact Customer Care before the match or seek assistance from authorised TFF staff at the stadium on match day.
5. ENTERING THE STADIUM
Only a person holding a valid ticket may enter the stadium. Anyone found inside without one may be removed. A ticket must be kept for the duration of the visit.
By entering, a Holder agrees to follow the safety rules set out in these Conditions and in the ground regulations for that stadium. A Holder who does not may be removed, without a right to a refund, and without prejudice to any further steps TFF or the stadium operator may take.
TFF may introduce additional entry measures at short notice where security or public health requires it, which may include slower entry or a requirement to present specific documents.
A person who is visibly intoxicated or appears to be under the influence of drugs will be refused entry, without a right to a refund or exchange.
Anyone entering may be asked to allow a search of their person and belongings. Such searches are carried out by TFF. Refusing a search, or refusing to follow the instructions of authorised staff, will result in refusal of entry without a right to a refund.
6. PROHIBITED ITEMS AND CONDUCT
Entry to the stadium may be refused to any person carrying a prohibited item or engaging in prohibited conduct. TFF reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the stadium, any person who does not comply with these requirements or with instructions given by authorised personnel.

The following items are prohibited:

- Fireworks, flares, smoke powder, smoke cartridges, smoke bombs and other pyrotechnic items;

Any promotional or commercial material is prohibited, including signs, symbols, flyers, objects, materials or clothing intended for promotional or commercial purposes, unless authorised by TFF.
ITEMS THAT MAY DISRUPT OR AFFECT THE EVENT
The following items are prohibited:

- Banners, signs, symbols, leaflets, objects or clothing that could interfere with other spectators' enjoyment of the event or disrupt the sporting focus;
- Large or bulky items, including umbrellas or bags exceeding 40 cm × 30 cm × 30 cm, or items that cannot be stored under the seat;
- Flags or banners exceeding 1 m × 2 m;

DISTRACTING OBJECTS
The following items are prohibited:
- Laser pointers;
- Whistles;
- Mechanically operated instruments that produce excessive noise, such as megaphones, horns or gas horns.
TECHNOLOGICAL ITEMS
The following items are prohibited:
- Professional cameras, video cameras or other professional-quality audio or video equipment reasonably considered by TFF to be intended for anything other than private, non-commercial use;
- Drones;
- Devices used for the unauthorised transmission or distribution of content.
OTHER PROHIBITED ITEMS
Any other item that TFF reasonably considers capable of compromising public safety, disrupting the event or harming the reputation of the event or TFF may also be prohibited.
7. USE OF A SPECTATOR IMAGE
By attending a match, a Holder acknowledges and accepts that they may appear incidentally in photographs, video or audio recordings made by or on behalf of TFF at the match. TFF may use such recordings for purposes relating to the reporting, promotion, communication and broadcasting of the match or competition, including through television, digital and social media channels.
Where the Holder is a minor, this is accepted on their behalf by their parent or guardian.
A Holder may take photographs or recordings for their own private use, but may not publish, broadcast or otherwise distribute match footage, commentary, results or statistics, whether captured on a phone or any other device, except through channels TFF has authorised.
8. COMMERCIAL USE OF A TICKET
A ticket may not be used for a promotional or commercial purpose without TFF’s prior written agreement. This includes offering it as a prize, using it to promote a product or service, or bundling it into an offer made by the Buyer, a Beneficiary, or anyone else.
TFF may cancel, without refund, any ticket used in breach of this article.
9. CCTV AT THE STADIUM
Where CCTV is in use, it is operated to protect people and property and to help the event run safely, in line with Tanzania’s data protection law.
A concern about how footage is handled can be raised with TFF, or with the Personal Data Protection Commission at Karume Memorial Stadium, Uhuru/Shaurimoyo Road P.O. Box 1574, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
10. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected through the Store is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Personal data may be processed for purposes including managing ticket purchases, assigning tickets to Beneficiaries, issuing tickets, managing stadium access, providing customer support, preventing fraud and administering the relevant match.
Wanaut provides the technology and services used to operate the Store and may process personal data on behalf of TFF in connection with the ticketing service.
For full information about how personal data is collected, used, stored and protected, as well as the rights available to Buyers, Beneficiaries and Holders, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the Store.
11. LIABILITY
TFF will take reasonable measures to ensure that tickets purchased through the Store are valid and that the ticketing service operates as described in these Conditions.
TFF is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect the availability of the Store, the purchase process, the match or access to the stadium.
Nothing in these Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. POSTPONED, CANCELLED OR AFFECTED MATCHES
The match and competition schedule is available on the official TFF ticketing website. Buyers can browse upcoming matches, view scheduled dates and kick-off times, and access ticket sales information for each event.
TFF may change the date, kick-off time or venue of a match where necessary. Any changes to the match schedule will be communicated through the official TFF ticketing website and/or other official communication channels.
Buyers are responsible for checking the official TFF ticketing website for updates concerning matches for which they hold tickets.
Where a match is postponed, cancelled, relocated or otherwise affected, TFF will communicate the applicable arrangements, including any applicable ticket validity or refund arrangements, through the official TFF ticketing website.
Where a refund is applicable under these Conditions, TFF will determine the Buyer's eligibility for the refund. Once approved by TFF, the refund will be processed by Wanaut on TFF's behalf through the applicable payment infrastructure.
13. COMPLAINTS, LANGUAGE AND SEVERABILITY
If you have any questions, concerns or complaints regarding your ticket purchase, payment or ticket, please contact Customer Care through the contact details provided on the Store.
If a court or regulator finds any part of these Conditions to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
These Conditions are published in English and are available on the TFF Tickets website.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
Before initiating legal proceedings, the Buyer is encouraged to contact Customer Care through the contact details provided on the Store so that TFF may have the opportunity to review and resolve the matter.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Conditions, or the purchase or use of a ticket, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Republic of Tanzania.
